As we all know Germans are mad about David Hasselhoff. There's hardly a moment during the day that one can escape hearing "the Hoff", as he is affectionately known, being played everywhere. It's a wonder how Germans can even force themselves to leave the house so strong are the compulsive cravings that they feel for the sweet melodic uttering of this majestic creature.

Sunday 9/23/2007
I've been doing training to become an english teacher this week. 4 days into it and 4 more to go. It's a freelance job so if I suck I don't get any work. I'm not picking it up as quickly as some people but I think that I'll be really good at it once I get going. So we'll see how that goes.
I got a call from Anna a couple days ago and we talked for a while. She's coming home in a week. I asked if she would be willing to have me here as a roomate and she said it's possible but her brother and a friend of hers might be moving in too. If that doesn't work out I've got that other place to go to that I mentioned in the video.
Last night was the Shulterblatt festival and there were thousands of people partying in the area in the video. Apparently every year during this thing these left wing guys dress up in black and riot. I left pretty early to go to a friend's party but on the train ride home passed by the area and saw tons and tons of police cars with the sirens and lights going. Still don't know what happened, or didn't happen.
That's about it for now.

A video with nice scenes of Hamburg
When I watch this video it gives me a sense of Hamburg being home, alot of famaliar sights. Aside from that it's just a real nice video in general, I like it.

Mom was the first to post here, mom you win the secret prize! No, there's no prize, sorry. That got me thinking though and I realized that I didn't give any direction on how to utilize this blog. Per my response:
I forgot to tell everyone how to use the posting access which I have so graciously bestowed upon you. Basically just post and interesting info or questions that you think everyone would enjoy seeing or might want to comment of to begin a discussion. Anything innapropriate for everyone to see or even stuff that noone else has any interest in should go in an email, of course.
