The place is huge.
Cool preserved industrial area in Essen
I spent a few hours here with some brazilian people I met in the hostel. It was a pretty cool place, huge and quiet and peaceful.

OMGoodness that was freakin' adorable. Mira responded to your talking as if you were right in front of her, saying, "OK," "Hi Matt," "Happy Birday," and finally, "See Matt?" and "More singing!"
BTW she already says this prize phrase: "No, STOP IT, MOM!"
Cool, I'm glad that she enjoyed it. She generally seems enjoy it when I make an ass of myself. It'd be nice to get a webcam set up but I haven't been settled enough to even think about messing with it. If you have a chance go ahead and post a video of her birthday party for me to see; I'd love that.
I think that requires me planning a party first, lol! I'm thinking the weekend after her birthday will be it...I'm in no way ready to do that this weekend.
...I've brought some pumkins and gourds in from the farm, I spoke to Mason about setting up something at my place (after I'm done with STOP class) on Sunday evening, 10-14-07, hoping that we can get some pumkin carving done for Mira and Torin....maybe some lasagna for supper. Hopefully we can get some video of Mira messing with the insides of a pumkin, now that should be cute.
